ACO Polycrete manufacture a range of high quality access covers which, whilst providing speedy and easy access to underground services, enable decorative floor finishes to be maintained with minimal interference.
During recent years, the ACO Group has expanded its access cover business to become a world leader. As part of its growth, ACO has placed particular emphasis in the area of single and multiple manhole covers and recessed steel covers. Rhinocast - ductile iron cover & frames
A comprehensive range of circular, square and rectangular access covers manufactured from ductile iron to AS1831 and in full compliance with AS3996 (Standards Mark Lic 2646). Covers come in a choice of solid top or recessed and are available in single part, 2 part, 3 part, trench run and multipart configurations. Brass & stainless edging are options for aesthetic applications. Fire rated systems are also available.

Urbanfil - steel cover & frames
A comprehensive range of Australian made steel recessed access covers for use in general purpose applications to accommodate concrete, tiles, brick pavers and most other floor/slab toppings. These precision manufactured systems are available in single part, 2 part, 3 part, trench run and multipart configurations. Special sizes can be manufactured to special order. |

Hermelok - composite cover & frames
A range of single part access covers manufactured from durable resin composite with excellent chemical resistance. These anti-slip covers, load tested to EN124 are lighter than traditional cast iron covers and are locked down with unique twist action bolts. All systems contain a double hermetic seal for a superior gas, odour & water tight seal.
