2 – Part access covers combine two standard size covers in a single run. They are used where a single part cover does not offer a large enough clear opening or if smaller individual covers are required for easier lifting.

Available for up to class C (AS3996), Pavermate access covers are ideal for light and medium duty applications where the designer would like to preserve the visual continuity of pavers and other pavement toppings.  An optional decorative edge is offered for enhanced aesthetics.

Pavermate access covers require a minimum depth of 45mm of concrete underlying the desired topping. Alternatively, the cover may be filled to the top with cement concrete.

For brick pavements, pavers should be fully restrained and bonded to the concrete bed to prevent damage to the cover – an epoxy mortar is recommended.

Polyethylene seal provides a water and gas tight seal without the need for grease.

Deep pan allows for sufficient bedding concrete beneath pavers depth allows for sufficient bedding concrete.

Optional brass decorative edge around frame and cover edges

2mm thick galvanised steel angle frame to fit around both covers with removable cross bar to support covers and provide a seal and locking bar for centre corners, also acts as a guide for correct positioning. Covers are removable in all 4 directions
