Molesworth St is the main street in Lismore. A concerted effort was adopted by the local council to upgrade and enhance the appearance of its main thoroughfare. The entire street was resurfaced and all kerb and channel removed to eliminate step-downs from the footpath.

Footpaths were also upgraded with coloured concrete and paving. Over 150m of ACO Drain KS200 constant depth trench drainage with lockable heelguard stainless steel grates was used to capture stormwater runoff from both the footpath and road surfaces
