Taylor Square has undergone a $6m upgrade presenting Darlinghurst, Sydney, with unobstructed pedestrian areas enabling safe public connections and reduced traffic flows in nearby residential areas.

New paving, water features, outdoor seating and improvements to public amenities were included within the scope.

ACO Cablemate polymer concrete pits and Rhinocast ductile iron access covers were selected by the designer to enclose the precinct’s electrical and communication services. Covers were fitted with decorative edging and adapted to accommodate pavers without any visual disturbance to the pavement pattern.
