Linked with a mix of spacious promenades and access ways, the development consists of a multi-million upgrade of marine facilities and the creation of an urban waterfront tourism precinct.

ACO Cablemate polymer concrete pits were installed to house the necessary lighting and communications services. As part of the pit system, the designer chose a combination of single and multipart Pavermate covers as the perfect solution providing minimal disruption to the stunning surrounding environment.
