The Craft & Co., Collingwood, VIC
The Craft & Co. is a multi-faceted business venture situated in a two-storey warehouse in Collingwood. The venue houses a restaurant, cafe, bar, microbrewery, distillery, winery, wood fired bakery, coffee roaster, cured meat and cheese making rooms. The business supports local Australian producers and provides a social environment for shopping, eating, drinking, learning and making products.
Project Design Brief
The microbrewery and distillery required an adaptable and efficient drainage system capable of withstanding the cleaning chemicals used several times a day to hygienically clean the equipment and floor areas. The drainage system needed to connect to the existing underground warehouse pipework. Foot-friendly grates were also required for the safety of visitors to the site.
