The world’s most popular general purpose grated trench drain system is offered in three widths, 100mm, 200mm and 300mm. A wide variety of grates in different materials, slot designs, and load ratings are available.

Grates are secured into the channel by ACO's patented boltless locking device - QuickLok.

KlassikDrain's interconnecting polymer concrete channels feature an integrally cast-in wearing edge rail made from galvanised or stainless steel. Channels can be assembled to produce stepped fall, sloped or constant depth runs.

KlassikDrain - Features

Integrally cast-in steel edge rail provides additional strength and protects channel lip from wearing damage. Also provides a good pavement restraining edge. 300mm internal width K300 - one metre grated trench units. 'U' shaped invert enhances flow efficiency. Available in three neutral depths to create stepped fall or constant depth runs. Polymer concrete - a durable lightweight material made from polyester resin binder reinforced by mineral aggregates and fillers - up to four times the compressive strength of cement concrete. (See Material Properties)	Direction arrows and channel numbers cast on side of channel indicate flow direction and ensure channels are installed in correct sequence.	Wide choice of grates in various materials and styles (including compliance with AS 1428.2 Design for Access and Mobility - Part 2) for applications up to Load Class D210kN (AS 3996) (See Loadings)	100mm internal width K100 - one metre grated trench units. 'U' shaped invert enhances flow efficiency. Available in 0.6% sloped units to create up to a 60 metre continuous sloped run, or seven neutral depths to create constant depth runs. Vertical outlets for pipe connection to allow vertical discharge of the system at the male (downstream) end of every channel. K100 has drill-out for DN100 or DN150 pipe. (For DN150, oval to round adaptor is required - Part No. 00821.) K200 has drill-out for DN150 pipe. K300 has drill-out for DN150 pipe or DN225 pipe. Profiled side walls - strengthening ribs provide channel body strength and anchorage to the surrounding concrete.
	QuickLok patented, boltless locking system provides quick fitting and removal of grates. Helps reduce installation, maintenance time and cost. (See QuickLok)
