KS100, a version of the KlassikDrain K100 system (100mm internal width) where the integrally cast-in edge rail is manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel instead of galvanised steel.

KS100 is used for high profile applications requiring enhanced aesthetics, or where increased corrosion resistance is required.

ACO does not recommend the use of galvanised steel grates with KS100 channels as this may cause galvanic corrosion.

System loading dependent on grate loading.

KlassikDrain - System Layout

	Metre channels 0.6% sloped channels in metre lengths and 60 depths which connect to create a 60 metre continuously sloped run. Neutral channels available in 7 depths. Can be assembled to produce constant depth runs, or inserted in sloped runs to increase length.		End/DN100 inlet/outlet cap Fits all channels. Manufactured from grey ABS to complement edge rail. Guides aid cutting to correct height. Socket connection to DN100 pipes. Seal to end cap using PVC-ABS cement. Note: For channels K1-K10, ACO recommends removal of socket to ensure adequate pavement material coverage. For channels K31-K60, two end caps are required. Cut second end cap, discard socket and glue to first end cap to the required height.

Half metre channels Neutral channels in 3 depths to supplement one metre channels.

KS31-KS60 channels To create up to a 60 metre continuous sloped run, an extension is attached to the top of the channel. Each channel comes complete with integrally bonded extension piece.		KS900 in-line pit. In-line pit providing DN100 pipe connection through cast-in rubber 'O' ring when plastic insert is removed. Available with plastic rubbish basket. Any channel can be connected into the in-line pit by removing a section of the end wall to the correct height. Drill-outs guide this connection to channel KS5, KS10, KS15, KS20, KS25 and KS30. Not recommended for channel nos. KS31-KS60	Series 600, Universal Junction Pit Universal pit with drill-outs for DN150 or DN225 pipe connection. Supplied complete with grate. Available with plastic rubbish basket . Any channel can be connected into the pit by removing a section of the end wall to the correct height.
