Downloadable files in .dwg or .pdf are available by clicking on the number for the dwg or on the pdf icon for the Acrobat pdf file. Depending on the operating system you are using, files may or may not open automatically. Either way, they can be accessed after having them saved directly onto your local drive - please right click and choose 'Save Target As ...' option.
