In light of the COVID19 outbreak, ACO Pty Ltd would like to reassure you that our deliveries and services remain largely unaffected. This is because we are an Australian Manufacturer and our Head Office and Manufacturing Facility in Western Sydney and warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth will remain open.
Our stock situation remains stable and therefore we are in a better position to meet your product needs. However, if you have a current project requiring ACO products, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible so we can plan for supply.
ACO is fully committed to the continual, high quality services that our customers require and will endeavour to ensure that does not change during these challenging times. We are monitoring the situation very closely and are following the World Health Organisation and Australian Government’s recommendations to best prevent the risk of COVID-19 to our workplace. We have put procedures in place to minimise the risk of infection at our offices and advised our Team, where possible, to limit on-site visits to our customers offices and job sites, unless specifically requested. If onsite client meetings are required, our sales staff will follow best hygiene practises as recommended by the Australian Government in order to protect all parties involved.
