Customer service is integral to the way ACO Polycrete Pty Ltd carries out its business. Our objective is to provide a ‘right first time’ policy to complement our unmatched technical support and innovative culture.
ACO continually trains and develops its employees so they are empowered to not only provide the customer with the right information, but also deliver it with the right attitude. The ACO sales force offers a comprehensive support service for specifiers and customers. ACO’s internal telesales offices deal with incoming enquiries and orders. Stocks of product are located at strategic locations which are constantly being replenished from our manufacturing facility. Logistics and distribution teams are responsible for supplying orders to our customers correctly and on time. It is our constant goal to improve our service.
ACO has invested heavily to technically support our product lines. Staffed by qualified engineers and equipped with purpose-written computer software, this service is offered as a no-obligation service and is backed up with extensive, high quality information. ACO’s Technical Services Department can offer advice to ensure the correct product is chosen for the application, through to advice on installation. Extensive research and development, both independently, and in conjunction with leading academic institutions and research bodies, have been key to the ACO group’s success.
